Y5 CAD-ing

Year 5 had an awesome time at the Gateshead CLC on Friday 7th December.
Our tutor for the morning was very impressed with how we grasped the basic use of Computer Aided Design. By the end of the morning everyone had designed a 3D image of a water bottle, with some inventive results!
We hope to have a follow-up session later in the year....I wonder what we'll be designing then?

Our session is usually for pupils in Year 6 and above - our tutor, Mike Mullen was impressed with our aptitude!
Mr Belton and Mrs Miller also learned lots and just about kept up with some of the CAD superstars from Y5!
