Year 5 visit to Hindu Temple

On Wednesday 19th May Year 5 spent the morning at the ISKCON Hindu Temple on Westgate Road in Newcastle. We had a fantastic time extending our knowledge of Hinduism with Kirtida, a Hindu Priestess. The first thing we learnt which surprised us was that not all Hindus are Indian - Kirtida is from Finland!
