The play is set in Greece at the Ancient Olympic Games. Only men were allowed to compete. Girls and unmarried women could attend, but not married women. However, one married woman, Callipateira, wanted to go to the Olympic Games to help her son. She disguised herself but got found out!
The choir sang beautifully, telling the story through song.
Peisirodus, Aurora and Callipateira arrive at the Games.
The torchbearer is still an important feature of the Olympics today!
