Many of you will know that we have our very own Irish Dancing star in Year 6. Emily Thornber has competed in Irish Dancing since she was small and has always performed brilliantly. This Easter Emily and the rest of her under 13 team went to Belfast to compete in the World Championships and they won!
We are hugely proud of you Emily – well done!

Many congratulations Emily! That’s a fantastic achievement. I’m not too surprised though because when I’ve seen you dancing I find myself mesmerised and I wonder how you remember every step and move.
Well done Emily! You did great a the feis, it must feel amazing that you’ve won. I’ve got 5 trophies in total but your trophy would be be as big as all of them put together! I bet you can’t wait for the next one!
