Expochef
John from Expochef returned to our school last Monday to cook up more delicious and healthy dishes, which many of the children had the chance to sample. This time he made a smoked mackerel sandwich filler, demonstrated how to create a tasty chicken and pesto pasta meal, and served up an omelette with pancetta. Yum!
John finished with a quiz and answered lots of the children’s questions.

The expo chef is great! The children insisted on having the pesto/chicken/broccoli pasta and the Olympic smoothie when their friends came for tea and everybody cleared their plates!
